At LaserCrafts, we aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Below is an overview of our processing and shipping times.
Processing Times
- Ready-made items – Shipped within the next business day, often the same business day.
- Personalised single items – Shipped within two business days, often the same business day.
- Personalised multiple items & custom orders – Processing time depends on quantity and specific requirements, such as stain drying time. We will provide an estimated dispatch date upon order confirmation.
- Backordered items – Shipping time varies based on availability but will not exceed 30 business days.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using An Post (for most items) and DHL (for larger parcels). All shipments come with tracking information, which will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
We currently ship to countries listed on the An Post website. Shipping rates can be calculated at checkout and are also available on An Post’s rate page.
Estimated Delivery Times
As per An Post:
- National (Ireland) – Next working day
- International – 3 to 7 working days
Based on our experience:
- National (Ireland) – 2 to 5 working days
- International – 7 to 21 working days
